Through mindfulness exercises, creative practices and reflective journaling, participants will experience agency over their attention in an environment free from the usage of devices. Designed for parents, teens and tweens who want to empower themselves in an age of ubiquitous social media pressures. Facilitated by Ana Cristina Coura, an educator with a background in psychology who has taught children and worked as an art educator.
Registration is limited and required for each family (please indicate number of parents/children registering).
