Faye Fishman, a Morris County harpist, will present a winter holiday program on the Celtic harp.
Faye Fishman, a Morris County harpist, will present a winter holiday program on the Celtic harp. She has been playing the Celtic harp since 2003. She has provided shows and background music at various libraries and senior communities in the area.
She is a member of The American Harp Society; the North Jersey Chapter of the American Harp Society (past vice president 2014-August 2016, secretary 2020-2022); The International Society of Folk Harpers and Craftsmen; and the Historical Harp Society.
The program will include traditional Christmas and Chanukah tunes.
There will be descriptions of the melodies with some fun facts about some of the songs.
