Enjoy an unusual Saturday morning program! We'll start with a relaxing introduction to meditation with Full Moon singing bowls and move to a lively reading and Q/A. Jessica Jenns, a popular long-time meditation instructor at the Adult School, has written her first book, based on her own story of meeting and marrying her her long-time meditation pen-pal in prison. "Red Hot Steel" intimately illustrates Jessica's spiritual journey navigating love and the United States prison system. Signed copies will be available for purchase.
