A New Yorker cartoonist discusses her hilarious illustrated memoir of parenthood with another well-loved graphic memoirist and mother.
The event is free but registration is required. After the discussion, there will be a Q&A period and a book signing and sale with Watchung Booksellers.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Liana Finck is the author of "Let There Be Light," "Passing for Human," " Excuse Me." and a children’s book, "You Broke It!", and is a regular contributor to The New Yorker. She is a recipient of a Guggenheim Fellowship, a Fulbright Fellowship, a Mandel Institute Cultural Leadership Fellowship, and a Wallant Award. She has had artist residencies with the American Academy in Berlin, MacDowell, and Yaddo.

ABOUT THE CONVERSATION PARTNER
Mira Jacob is a novelist, memoirist, illustrator, and cultural critic. She is the author of the graphic memoir "Good Talk: A Memoir in Conversations," which is currently in development as a television series with Film 44, and a novel, "The Sleepwalker’s Guide to Dancing." Her work has appeared in The New York Times Book Review, Electric Literature, Tin House, Literary Hub, Guernica, Vogue, and the Telegraph. She is currently the visiting professor at MFA Creative Writing program at The New School, and a founding faculty member of the MFA Program at Randolph College. Jacob is the co-founder of Pete’s Reading Series in Brooklyn, where she spent 13 years bringing literary fiction, non-fiction, and poetry to Williamsburg.
