How does a Reformer or a Challenger or a Peacemaker succeed in a workplace? If you're a fan of the popular Enneagream theory of personalities, this course is for you. Syd Davis, a certified coach and Enneagram counselor, will introduce students to the 9 distinct personality types located around the Enneagram, each with a different set of behaviors and motivations, and explain how to use this powerful tool to get along better with colleagues, clients and employees. After the class, you can arrange to have your own Enneagram test done to know more.
