Learn all about the décima espinela, a unique poetic form created in 1591 during Spain's Siglo de Oro (Golden Age). Library Staff member Deivis Garcia gives a 30 minute presentation about the décima, and its mark throughout the Latin Americas, with examples in Spanish and English. Afterwards participants can write décimas of their own. Speakers of all languages are welcome. Registration is recommended for reminders and updates.

El bibliotecario Deivis García da una presentación de 30 minutos sobre la décima y su marca en América Latina, con ejemplos en español e inglés. Después, los participantes pueden escribir sus propias décimas. Los hablantes de todos los idiomas son bienvenidos. Se recomienda registrarse.
