Throughout history, women have been at the forefront of art movements, as men have, and have been integrated into their artistic social society as well. And yet history rarely records their considerable achievements.
For Women's History Month, we will discover the women who led the Surrealism art movement. We will explore how they used color, line and balance to achieve their compositional goals, and along the way, were will learn what Surrealism means. Instructor: Marcie Cooperman
