This is an Adult School online class. When registering, you will be taken to the Adult School website.
This talk will introduce students to the ancient African land known as Nubia. Students will also gain an understanding of the historical context in which Nubia came to be studied in the past hundred years and the understated role that early Black writers and scholars played in trying to restore this ancient rival of Egypt to its rightful place in world history.
