This course continues to focus on developing proficiency in speaking Italian in practical situations and deepening understanding of contemporary Italian culture. Grammar, structures and vocabulary will be reviewed and taught while reading authentic materials on a variety of topics. Participants should already be able to express themselves using memorized phrases and short sentences in the present tense and are not expected to be fluent in Italian.  Each lesson will help you to better communicate with others while travelling within Italy or interacting with Italian-speakers in the U.S.  Instructor:  Kristine Massari
