In this 1 ½ hour class we’ll discuss superfoods to use in hearty and nutritious winter soups to support your immune system and dazzle your taste buds too! You'll learn how to make hearty healthy soups without using butter, cream, or meat. All participants will receive a mini recipe book curated by Health Coach Mary Ellen specifically for this class.
