Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self-Care is an easy-to-learn mind-body energy practice that utilizes a combination of breath and light touch and is used in medical, corporate, education, and other settings. Jin Shin Jyutsu® Self Care complements can be used in tandem with other mind-body modalities, such as yoga, meditation and breathwork.
This 3-session workshop is experiential. Michael Pankow, a certified Jin Shin Jyutsu® Practitioner and Self-Care Instructor, will introduce Jin Shin Jyutsu®’s philosophy and guide you through simple, restorative exercises to use on yourself and others. Learn how to reduce anxiety, relax the nervous system, and achieve a greater sense of balance, harmony and personal well-being.
