NJ Hope and Healing Crisis Counseling Program (CCP) will provide information on reducing anxiety and coping.
This March marks 1 year since the coronavirus lockdown. During this pandemic, we have experienced continuous changes and complex emotions. The CCP team will provide you with some information on how to reduce anxiety and cope with the ambiguity of these times. Following the discussion, the CCP team will invite everyone to engage in a short, relaxing mindfulness activity.
