This yoga class focuses on safe approaches for students who prefer a gentler class. Students warm up muscles and joints while seated in a chair. Standing poses are especially tailored to enhance mobility, balance and strength with chairs always available for support, if needed. Options for floor poses will be offered but students can always choose to remain seated or standing. Relaxing breath practices for stressrelief will also be included.
