Join the Toastmaster Youth Leadership Program and become a more effective speaker and leader. This weekly workshop, led by Sara Megletti, consists of eight 1 to 2-hour sessions. Participants will learn to overcome public speaking fears, organize and present ideas logically and convincingly, develop better listening skills, lead group discussions, and help others improve their skills. Learn by doing and have fun while gaining the life skills essential for healthy personal relationships and success in school.

Sara Megletti won her first public speech contest at age 12 and fell in love with the experience of standing in front of an audience. Today, she is a 13-year Toastmasters veteran who has helped dozens of members find their voice as effective speakers and leaders. Sara started her professional career as a speech and English teacher but ended up spending more than 35 years designing, supporting, and selling technology applications to school districts. For fun, Sara delivers speeches and workshops, teaches speech craft, and is an active Toastmasters volunteer, leader, and ambassador.
