Join Dr. Mark Holmes for a presentation on Shoulder Health from a Physical Therapy perspective.

Learn practical tips, tricks and exercise to strengthen and relieve pain and stress to this area of the body that often plagues us as we age. Dr. Mark Holmes is a double board certified Physical Therapist and Athletic Trainer. He attended James Madison University where he received his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training. Dr. Mark then went on to receive his doctorate in Physical Therapy from Seton Hall University in 2017 and has been working in Orthopedics since. He holds advanced certifications in strength and conditioning, spinal manipulation, manual therapy techniques, and golf specific rehabilitation. 

MBH Physical Therapy is located in Verona, and was created to blend the many techniques and schools of thought that Dr. Mark has learned to provide individualized care for active and aging adults.

This event will take place in the auditorium as part of MILL @ MPL Senior Fridays.
