Explore two different artistic worlds in one trip!
Come tour the new 14,000-square-foot Louis Armstrong Center on the modest residential street where he lived in Queens. It’s now the home of the Louis and Lucille Armstrong archive, with 60,000 photos, recordings, manuscripts, letters & mementos–the world’s largest collection of a single jazz musician.
After lunch at a local Dominican restaurant (price not included), you'll be transported to the Noguchi Museum, holding the largest collection of experiential artist/sculptor Isamu Noguchi's works including a lovely garden. You can also visit the nearby Socrates Sculpture Park on the riverfront.
